“Ideal Shape” Profile: Singer Kenny Chesney, 41, Eats Lean Protein With Lots Of Fruits And Vegetables

IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE WE PROFILED A “SUCCESSFUL” OGGIE…I.E., AN OGGIE THAT HAS ACHIEVED A “FOUR PACK”…NICE JOB, KENNY….

kennychesneyWorking with a trainer, he does an hour and a half of weight training and cardio almost daily. He also sticks to a pretty strict diet.

His diet includes lean proteins like chicken, turkey and fish. He keeps lots of fruits and vegetables around to snack on.  Egg whites and toast are a breakfast staple as is a protein shake after his workout.

It wasn’t always this way. He dropped 40 pounds after getting to Nashville by cutting out truck-stop food and hitting the gym.
