“Ideal Shape” Profile: Craig Alexander, 36, Is World Champion Triathlete And Winner Of 2008 Ironman In Kona, Hawaii

craig-alexanderCraig Alexander is a world class professional triathlete with nearly a decade of racing experience. Craig, known as Crowie, is based in Boulder Colorado in the USA for the spring and summer, then heads home to Cronulla for the Australian summer.

Triathlon is a sport of balance

Having a background in physiology and anatomy, Craig has seen much success being self coached. Now, trying to take his racing to another level, he has enlisted the service of Chris Carmichael and Carmichael Training Systems. Craig has also recently begun training other athletes and running triathlon clinics.

Kona, Hawaii – swimming, biking and running. Craig has shown he has no weakness. He has mastered short course triathlon and half-ironman distance worldwide and has recently started competing over the ironman distance.
