Diet Vs. Exercise…Zero Sum Game

This is the inaugural post for a roadmap to “Ideal Shape” for Old Guys* (Oggies) with health, fitness and nutrition being the passengers…if experts can’t agree on what’s healthy, ideal fitness, and what’s best to eat, go with the one fact that cannot be refuted:

….the less belly fat a person has, the better off he is going to be….
